If you have forgotten your ID, please click the "Confirm ID" button to check your ID.
To check your ID, you will be required to enter your registered contact email address and the date of birth registered in your d POINT user information. Please use the one-time-key sent to the contact email address you have entered to check your ID.
If you have registered a d POINT CARD, a hint on your ID will be displayed based on information such as your d POINT CARD number.

If you forget your password/your password is locked

If you have forgotten your password or if your account is locked, please click the "Reset password" button to reset your password.
To reset your password, you will be required to enter your ID and the date of birth registered in your d POINT user information. Please reset your password using the temporary password sent to your registered contact email address.
